Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between ASIMO PLtd. (“ASIMO” EOOD), VAT BG202984361, 112A Opalchenska Str., fl. 8, office 3, 1233 Sofia, Bulgaria, e-mail contact@asimo.club (“ASIMO”), and the clients of the services presented on asimo.club.
1. Services
ASIMO provides B2B sales development services for the Romanian and Bulgarian markets: starter packages with company contacts, qualification, verification, meetings with potential partners, final reports and pilot projects — as described on the “Services & Pricing” page.
2. Orders
Orders are accepted only from companies with a valid VAT number, verified through the European Commission’s VIES system. An order is confirmed via a link sent by e-mail (valid for 48 hours), and payment is made online via Stripe.
3. Sequence of steps
Services are ordered and delivered only in the following order: Contacts → Qualification → Verification → Meetings → Report. Each next step is unlocked after the previous step has been paid under the same VAT number.
4. Prices and VAT
All prices are exclusive of VAT. For EU clients with a valid VAT number the reverse charge mechanism (0%) applies pursuant to Art. 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC. For Bulgarian companies 20% VAT is charged. An invoice is issued and sent automatically after every payment.
5. Discount
The amount paid for a given step is deducted in full from the price when ordering the next step.
6. Contact guarantee
If a contact from a starter package proves invalid, we replace it free of charge.
7. Delivery terms
Delivery terms are agreed for each service upon order confirmation. The meetings package is delivered within 14 days.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Before delivery of a service has started, the client may cancel with a full refund. After delivery has started, refunds are negotiated in proportion to the work performed.
9. Liability
ASIMO exercises due professional care in selecting, verifying and organising contacts and meetings, but does not guarantee the conclusion of commercial transactions between the client and third parties.
10. Personal data
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law
Bulgarian law applies. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation and, failing that, by the competent court in Sofia.
